Bio : I learned to first take photos on a Nikon FM (circa 1981?), a fully manual camera, no autofocus, no aperture priority, none of that black arts gadgetry that we are all so familiar with today. I cherish this early learning, and it comes in handy even using my trusty D2X with all its bells and whistles. I love the new technology despite my remark about black arts.

I have been blessed to have travelled nearly all the way around the world, and hope to do more of it. We'll be posting more photos of the places I've been, and the places I hope to go over time.

I currently work as a paramedic here in Colorado, and hope to make photography into a living in the near future.

Comments are welcome, as long as they are constructive of course! :-)

Your Bio

Hi all, and welcome to my photography page.

This will be a work in progress for some time, but feel free to order photos as you like and excuse the dust.

I started in photography many years ago when cameras used something called film, and dinosaurs roamed the earth....well not really, but you get the idea. I drifted away from it for a time, and was called back to it just a few years ago and though I do still have a film body, digital is my medium of choice.

As this site grows, you will see more photos of places around the world I have been fortunate enough to visit, and hopefully, even more places that I have yet to visit, or places that I want to re-visit.

Remember, when in doubt, shoot, shoot, and then shoot some more. Digital is cheaper than film you know :-)
